  • Memberships are established for an annual basis. During that year, you are allotted six 30-minute consultation calls and six 60-minute consultation calls. You will receive a personalized care and lifestyle plan, and have access to 24/7 text and email support.

    An annual membership costs $2,000 upfront, or you can pay in monthly installments of $200/mo (or $2,400 annually). You have the option to cancel your membership at any time during the 12-month period. Memberships auto-renew each year.

    Membership consultations include:

    Telemedicine health assessments. (No in-person consultations, unless in select cases for those located in Hawaii)

    Follow-up on your medical questionnaire to understand your health summary, history, and concerns.

    Review of your personalized health plan and adjustments that need to be made; discussion of your current health concerns, lifestyle, and diet; suggestions for advanced testing that may need to be acquired elsewhere

    Convenient online scheduling so you can schedule a time at your personal preference

    Unlimited messaging via text and email in which you should receive a response within 72 hours, but typically sooner. Please note that unlimited messaging is NOT for emergency care or services. If you require urgent medical attention, please call 911 or visit your local medical centers.

  • Lab tests

    Healthcare services outside what is specified above, such as vaccinations, urgent care, MRIs and other imaging services, in-person physical exams, specialized testing, and more

    Complementary healing modalities that may be recommended such as acupuncture, massage, fitness classes, medications, and supplements

  • You may be able to get coverage for clinical fees or reimbursed for out-of-network medical care – check with your insurance provider to confirm

    You can use FSA/HSA dollars to pay for concierge membership or individual health coaching sessions
